Class Descriptions
Warm Vinyasa - practiced in 80 degree room. All levels class with energetic playlists, arm balances, and inversions. Modifications are always welcome.
Yin & Meditation/Yin & Sound - A true “stretch” class. Poses performed either seated or lying down. Holding poses for 3-5 minutes. End class with a guided meditation or a sound bath.
Sunday Service - Warm Vinyasa
Chair Yoga - a great beginners alternative to warm vinyasa. Get a great whole body workout while sitting in a chair.
